H.S. Fees & Info

Here is the 2012 Season Fee Schedule:

  • Each High School Team has a $900.00 Team Deposit – Payable to IHAAZ
  • On the 15th of January, February, March and April each High School Team has a $325.00 Season fee – Payable to IHAAZ.

 

 ONE TIME IHAAZ REGISTRATION FEE FOR PARTICIPATING TEAMS

High school teams that intend to participate in no more than ONE IHAAZ qualifier will be required to submit a $75.00 one time IHAAZ registration fee.

PLAYER ADD FEE

A High school team that wishes to add a player to their roster AFTER their first qualifier has been played, must submit a player release form no less than one week prior to the qualifier date and must submit a $15.00 player add fee for each and every player that they intend to add to their team”’s roster.  The IHAAZ will then review the roster adds to determine the player’s eligibility to participate in the high school division.   Teams who intend to delete players from their official roster WILL NOT incur any fee.  Teams must officially indicate team roster adds or deletions when they submit their TEAM ROSTER AND ENTRY form for entry into an IHAAZ qualifier.

QUALIFIER DEPOSIT

A high school team intending on participating in a hosted qualifier must submit a $95.00 deposit fee to the IHAAZ by doing so online. A high school team intending on participating in a non-hosted qualifier must submit the entire $395.00 team fee to the IHAAZ by doing so online.  If the required team qualifier deposits are not submitted  before the posted late registration due date, a $25.00 late fee will be imposed.
Teams participating in a hosted qualifier will be required to pay the host facility the $300.00 balance of the qualifier fee upon arrival.

The following qualifiers are designated as ‘hosted’ qualifiers:

Q2 Havasu
Q3 NYS
Q4 Yuma
Q6 Prescott

The following qualifiers are designated as ‘non hosted’ qualifiers:

Q1 Barney
Q5 Castle
